Some email services can be rather aggressive with spam filtering firearm related businesses so please be sure to watch your spam folder.
The information on your gun trust such as people’s names, the trust name, etc. Is all generated directly from the data you provided on our website during purchase. We strongly encourage that you review your new gun trust for accuracy as soon as you receive it. If you discover that you made a typo we will correct it free of charge within 14 days of purchasing. After 14 days you may be subject to a standard fee.
Life happens and peoples situations change. A gun trust from Online Gun Trust is flexible and can be changed at any point in your lifetime. We are happy to help with changes as you need them for an affordable price. Please use the contact form below to get in touch with us.
If after purchasing your trust you decide that one of our better options is more appropriate for your needs you may upgrade for the difference in price between the two. Please contact us using the contact form below for further assistance. After 14 days you may be required to pay standard pricing.
Our gun trusts are attorney drafted and have consistently been accepted for without fail by the ATF for more than a decade. Within 90 days of purchasing your gun trust, we will either fix it or provide a full refund at our discretion if the ATF rejects your gun trust. This does not apply to typos or similar errors outlined in the “Corrections” portion of our return policy.
Due to the nature of our product being an electronic document rather than a physical product that can be physically returned, all sales are final. We may make exemptions to this at our sole discretion.
Due to the the nature of evolving regulations, it may be necessary for you to update your trust in the future or comply with differing regulations. Online Gun Trust does not provide refunds relating to regulation changes. We may, at our discretion, make amendments available should they become necessary to comply with regulation changes for an additional cost.
We may offer sales or discounted pricing from time to time. To be eligible for special pricing you must make your purchase during the time of thaf special pricing. We cannot back date promos or offer refunds for purchases made prior to a promotion, coupon, or sale.
Laws in each state can vary wildly so we are unable to offer legal advice and do not offer any type of attorney-client privileged relationship. You are ultimately responsible for knowing and complying with regulations in your area. Should you have specific questions we highly recommend reaching out to a local attorney and consulting with them.
We strongly encourage that you keep a copy of your trust file in a secure online storage such as Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, or whatever other service you use. In addition to that, we also suggest printing a physical copy of your trust and keeping it in a safe place such as a fireproof safe or bank safety deposit box with your other important documents. It is ultimately your responsibility to safeguard your trust as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with a copy again in the future. If you lose your trust and we are unable to provide an additional copy of it, we do not offer free replacements or refunds.
